Marketing Intern at CareCrunch in Los Angeles, CA

About Us:

Carecrunch.com is an innovative new web-based home health care referral service. We have recently partnered with very important organizations in the caregiver community such as the Leeza Gibbons Foundation and the National Family Caregivers Association, to further the independent living movement.

Responsibilities:

  • .Providing the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 companies to startups, you will learn about account management, metrics used in online marketing programs, and marketing principals from an experienced team of online marketers.​ Over the course of the summer, you’ll acquire valuable skills that can be translated to careers in marketing, e-commerce, and business.​

    Responsibilities will include preparing and analyzing client program reports, managing creative inventory, developing client relations with partner websites, and participating in team and company meetings.​

Requirements:

* Strong attention to detail
* The ability to multi-task
* Productive work ethic and ability to focus
* Positive and upbeat attitude.

Bonus Points:

  • Nice to haves: Knowledge of web technologies (CSS, XHTML, PHP, MySQL, Javascript), project management experience, sales experience

Perks:

* 4 month internship
* 5 slots to be filled
* Focus will be on fundraising and sponsorships

All interns will get:
* 5% of all cash sponsorship money raised
* 3% of in-kind sponsorships (CareCrunch has final say as to value of sponsorship)
* 2 benefit events in 2009

Any intern that raises over $20k:
* 5% bonus on cash sponsorships
* 2% bonus on in-kind sponsorships
